Not a good apartment building

Pros:
Elevator is always working
Cons:
Pests Infestations Lack of hot water People always hanging in front of the building being loud Front door lock is always broken Mailbox area is always dirty Apartments need to be seriously renovated
Advice to owner:
Renovate apartments to help keep out the pests! Roaches, mice and etc.
