Steer Clear of This Place
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to park and subway
Cons:
Landlord raised the rent by $3,000 when the lease was up. It was a rent controlled building but they included a rider in the lease that allowed them to increase. Huge roach infestation in our apartment and others had rats in the walls.
Advice to owner:
Try not to be as despicable
