Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant feedback for 163 Ocean Avenue emphasizes a clean, well-managed building with strong pest control and timely owner responsiveness. Residents appreciate amenities like elevators, laundry and bike rooms, and secure parking. The community atmosphere is positive, with friendly neighbors and a safe environment. However, noise from the nearby train can be disruptive, especially if windows are open. Some tenants noted plumbing issues and occasional appliance malfunctions. Overall, the combination of good heating, water pressure, and proactive maintenance makes this building desirable, though management could improve by addressing noise insulation and plumbing repairs.

Great building and neighbors on the park!

Pros

Park location, great community, clean building, good pest control. Sunny, happy place!

Cons

Being next to the train was loud. We couldn’t keep windows open and have a conversation. But if you mostly keep windows closed it’s probably ok for you to:)
