Fantastic address but they're trying to push it as nicer than it is.
Former Tenant
Pros:
There is a laundry room in the basement and that's very convenient. The maintenance guy is very sweet and keeps the common areas clean.
Cons:
If you're not in a newly renovated apartment for which you're charged through the roof (aka if you're not a temporary gentrifier) you can forget about your apartment being properly maintained. The back courtyard is locked and no one can use it. There are mice.
Advice to owner:
Open up the back yard to the tenants, what's the point of re-tiling it otherwise? Oh, so you can apply for capital improvement that your tenants don't benefit from!
