Despite stabilization, rent is high - they hike it between tennants, but still below legal rent. Management is evasive Super can be rude Packages get stolen - front door has been broken on-and-off for two years
It’s ok. Nothing to write home about.

Across the park. Pet friendly. Supermarket near by. Train station and bus near by as well.

Disgusting Super. So rude!
