    Pros:
    Very close to the train/park and apartments are large
    Cons:
    Building interior is not well maintained, packages always getting stolen, very loud outside. Can hear the rats running in the walls and roaches are everywhere.

    close the park, subway ,supermarket, restaurant
    Cons:
    homeless sleeping inside the lob, package disappears, noise , party, motorcycle noise
