It’s too cold
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cheap rent since I was in a rent stabilized apartment
Cons:
It’s cold in the winter time. I’ve been living here for years and ever since Jeremy management took over we are COLD. The heat comes up for 5 minutes barely enough to really warm the apartment. Don’t bother renting here. My electricity bill ended up being three times the amount in the wintertime since I was forced to buy a space heater. And yes, we called 311. Someone came but no changes in the heat.
Advice to owner:
Turn up the heat

Great location! Near prospect park and two trains.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The superintendent is the best. Very kind and super responsive.
Cons:
When I moved in I had bedbug issues and roaches. Both are resolved. Been here for 3years now.

Bed bug city
Former Tenant
Pros:
Variety of people and culture. Working elevator.
Cons:
Building is infested with bedbugs and roaches. They come back no matter what. Water damage to walls and infrastructure.
Advice to owner:
Take better care of your building. Sam & Jonas Equities LLC should be ashamed.
