Apartments are nice, the building is disgusting.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Big windows, convenient, close to prospect park.
Cons:
Cockroach infestation, rodent infestation, disgusting garbage room, disgusting elevator, trash left in hallways. Overall terrible / no maintenance.
Advice to owner:
Have the building cleaned, change the garbage system (outdoor), have a regularly scheduled exterminator.

Great location near park and train.
