HORRIBLE MICE INFESTED

Pros

Nothing Wish I never moved here

Cons

The house is disgusting from both outside and inside. Management doesn’t keep up with any repairs. Only care about rent, infested with mice, floor Deteriorate from the ground, no HEAT. Wish someone would’ve told me I would’ve NEVER MOVED HERE

Advice to the owners

You guys need proper restate training, you didn’t follow any precautions with COVID, you guys didn’t tried to work out any payment to people being laid off. You just harassed tenants and stressed them. People are stressed enough not being able to work.
