Decent place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Stabilized rent. I also loved the location and the neighbors were all very laid back.
Cons:
The building is old and they need to renovate. There were holes in the ceilings and walls from leaks and mold and they keep putting off doing a proper repair. Super is rude but does a good job.
