Quirky old building
Former Tenant
Pros:
The layout is great, neighborhood is great, people in the building are friendly, master bedroom is huge
Cons:
Noisy—due to the layout, when people are in the staircase it sounds like they’re in your living room. It’s an old building and if you aren’t home when the exterminator makes his monthly round, you will have roaches. Needs frequent repairs
Advice to owner:
This building is old and requires more frequent repairs
