Slumlord - Stay Away!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice neighborhoods for the most part. LL was fairly communicative.
Cons:
Horrible experience overall. Suffered through a laundry list of issues not limited to:
- Leaky ceiling caused massive flooding during a rainstorm
- Lost heat several days during winter
- Door lock missing for days after move in
- Constant and likely illegal construction (building materials tossed out through window onto the street)
- Occasional mice
- Disgusting hallways
- One tenant constantly smoked cigarettes in the hallway
- Terrible building insulation
- Took weeks and lots of pestering for any issues to be address

Things got so bad the building was put into an Alternative Enforcement Program (AEP) by the city to force the landlord into doing the bare minimum.
