Bring the Raid
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great neighbors, neighborhood, and accessible to other parts of Brooklyn.
Cons:
Infested with water bugs and roaches, management is woefully unresponsive and inept not only to this issue but others such as plumbing, painting, and overall maintenance.
Advice to owner:
Do better.
