Most respected superintendent .
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean everyday well secured with live cameras have a sort of underground heating system outside the lobby that keeps the snow from forming and a very reliable maintenance crew, being living there for 25 years I admire how well the owners has maintained this property 👍👍👍
Cons:
Outside during the summer season can get a lil noisy with the younger people in the neighborhood 🙁.
Advice to owner:
Keep up the good works, you are lucky to have such a respected superintendent and a hard working maintenance crew that keeps the environment clean and safe for everyone including kids.

Pros:
Really great super who lives in the building.
Cons:
Someone from another building was taking packages at one point but I think that stopped.

Best Run Building in Hood
Former Tenant
Pros:
Extremely well run operation with great on premises team. It shows in the spotless basement.
Cons:
Nothing to say here really, except that some of the folks in the neighboring buildings and houses can get a little noisy. Makes for an interesting neighborhood though.
Advice to owner:
With all the space in the basement maybe think to offer up storage units, for a reasonable fee of course.
