Clean but pricey
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, decently managed, solid gym better than the usual. Thick walls.
Cons:
Had to deal with pests on the 7th floor, doorways were not sound isolated

Very unresponsive management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large outdoor space
Cons:
Mold issues which took way too long to fix, water underneath flooring, electrical issues that management ignored (electric bill was regularly over $400, even when heat and AC weren't used. Attempted fixes didn't work and they eventually stopped responding to emails and phone calls). No screens on any windows, so tons of bugs inside. Bedrooms were tiny.

Cons:
Could have more gym equipment, heavier weights
Advice to owner:
Get heavier kettlebells and dumbbells

Stay Clear
Former Tenant
Pros:
The gym was ok, and sometimes tenants would host events in the theater downstairs.
Cons:
The top floor flooded and management left it like that for months in 2018. The units are also extremely small, when I lived there in a 4 bedroom each room was essentially a closet that could it no more than a full size mattress and tiny ikea wardrobe. The walls are extremely thin so be prepared to hear and roommates or tenants at all hours, I could literally hear my 3 roommates breathing
Advice to owner:
Knock down the fake walls in the units and make them studios or 1 bedrooms. They are not fit for four people.

Started good ended bad
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lots of amenities
Cons:
Extremely poor management, unresponsive & shady, tried to intimidate half the tenants by claiming unpaid rent we didn't actually owe.
Advice to owner:
Honor your agreements and treat your tenants better.

Cons:
Poorly maintained, property management never responds
Advice to owner:

Feels like a mean Boarding School
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet block, minus all the truck traffic down Bedford
Cons:
Huge roaches Door breaks Elevator breaks Management is mean and short tempered, to all staff and tenants (even if you pay rent and nice) Only a few washing machines work Very weird about the amenities with limited access Mold Roof leaks Windows and patio doors can’t be fixed bc the parts are from Europe.
Def a scam with rent. They charge you more than what you are told you will rent, say “don’t work just pay what we discuss” then try to sue and back log rent. Be careful with strivers
