Inhuman corporate management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment was large and spacious by New York City standards. The units in the back didn't get much street noise. Walking distance to Prospect Park and the subway.
Cons:
Management doesn't adhere to basic courtesy such as returning phone calls. The elevator was so unsafe that the City of New York posted a sign on it declaring it unsafe to use, but management took down the sign without fixing the elevator. One of my delivery people got trapped in the elevator for a while. The emergency call button didn't work because management didn't want to pay for a service to answer the calls from trapped people!
