Worst Managment

Pros:
good bang for buck, close to the subway but far enough away to not have any noise pollution, and great natural light if you're on the top floor.
Cons:
everything else. management is non-responsive or actively gas light you into thinking something is your fault. We had 4+ instances of leaking bedrooms in 2 years. Each time was a terrible patch job. Got mold in my room but was told by a contractor that it wasn't until I forced them to test and sure enough it was mold. Was sent a notice for not paying rent (The only time they had prompt communication) when we always had the money ready early. Just the worst.
