Love & hate this place
Former Tenant
Pros:
1. The living room is spacious& bright with ceiling windows. 2. The rent has been relatively affordable. 3. The location is close to subway station, laundromat and grocery stores & Deli.
Cons:
1. The new management (starting summer of 2021) is extremely slow and uncaring to reply to repair requests and renting questions. (For example, the roof had water damages and the repair staff who was sent after dozens of emails, said there were structural issues, but it has not been fixed for over 6 months.) 2. There’s a nail salon and a restaurant downstairs so there are unpleasant smells by the entrance. 3. The garbage area is messy, has many rats and smells terrible.
Advice to owner:
Please keep the rent affordable and hire a management /superintendent that’s more attentive and organized.
