Great building terrible management

Pros:
Pretty buildings, apartments large for price, great windows
Cons:
mold issue, twin group assoc management is evil and retaliatory

treat your tenants like people

-Dishwasher
-Regularly clean the hallways/floors
-Trash management is great

-Super is a bit awkward
-They underplay/violate rules of 421a rent stabilization

Great clean new building

Pros:
I was the first tenant of my apartment and it was very clean and new and really didn’t have any new-building problems.
Cons:
You can hear everything, particularly the stairwell echoing with people’s footsteps and voices.

Not bad at all

Pros:
Management is very responsive (usually received replies within a day or two), the apartment building is cleaned weekly, and the neighbors in the building are friendly!
Cons:
It’s on a main ambulance path from the hospital so sirens are pretty frequent and loud and traffic congestion is also frequent so there is lots of honking.
