Very Un-Attentive Landlord

Pros:
The walls are sturdy, location is great, hard wood floors and spacious.
Cons:
The landlord is extremely difficult to get a hold of. If something is broken or needs to be replaced, good luck. He will ignore you completely until you cause a fuss. The building owner/ manager is very stubborn and EXTREMELY cheap. They use standard leases but if you want any work done prior to moving in you must demand to put it in writing or it will never get done.
Advice to owner:
Hire a landlord who responds to and takes care of the tenants when they have reasonable requests.
