Dirty and Disgusting
Former Tenant
Pros:
• Large rooms • Neighbors aren’t loud and disruptive (at least on my floor)
Cons:
• PESTS - mice, roaches, flies • Dirty - the stairways are never cleaned, the elevator always stinks, the lobby is only “cleaned” when Jacob (one of management) is visiting • Temperature - winter months are terrible because of low heat • Repairs - they seem to source the cheapest labor which results in mediocre work
Advice to owner:
Building needs an overhaul with better heat and cleanliness.
