don't live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
nice fixtures/apt layouts
Cons:
- building has a horrible roach issue that it refuses to grapple with
- you hear everything - neighbors make tons of noise ... in a co-op!
- super is really rude/mean and not helpful at all
- considering the above points, it's insane that this is a "co-op" that is priced so high
Advice to owner:
Start caring about your residents. We're people, not just people to make money off of.

Roaches and roaches and bed bugs and rodents
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the Q line and Prospect Park.
Cons:
Absolutely roach infested. Often has bed bug infestations too, and I have also found mouse droppings under the dishwasher. Pre-war and badly maintained so you can hear every single noise neighbors make, and they are loud. Important to note: this is a Coop, so you will always be treated like a 2nd class tenant —building management is terrible and will not acknowledge your complaints unless they come directly from the unit owner/shareholder (and many of the shareholders are a**holes).
Advice to owner:
Respect tenant rights. Contract a new property management company.
