So much to improve
Former Tenant
Pros:
Excellent heat. No mice. Our particular apartment is decent. The super tries…
Cons:
Packages get stolen - the super had to create a makeshift package room. Management refused to install working cameras. A neighbour had a break-in (thank god she wasn’t home alone, or that her dog wasn’t hurt during the robbery). Management still refused to install working cameras. Another neighbour’s guest was shot when he opened the door to a knock. Even the police was frustrated to find out nearby cameras were fake.
Advice to owner:
Cameras. A proper mail room. Cleaners. Charge more for it, if need be. It would make a world of a difference.

Dirty hallways & persistent pests
Former Tenant
Pros:
This apartment was our safe haven, we lived peacefully overall. The apartment is very well located.
Cons:
We were never able to win against the roaches, they are always there. You can somewhat control the pest but they’re always around. Same with the mice. It seems like they live inside the walls. At a time we caught 10 mice in 2 months. The super is very responsive but not much can be done, he helped fixing the holes on the walls but later we got some new unwanted visitors. Packages are also being stolen and the cameras in the building don’t work.
Advice to owner:
Some more care into the common spaces would be nice, including painting and fixing the cameras. Many things have happened that could’ve been recorded but instead, illicit activities continue to happen.
