Pros:
Neighbors are sweet and watch out for each other Everyone knows each other Always clean
Cons:
Boiler always broken every winter poor heat and hot water Front door is broken in building didn’t feel safe Management never answered phone if you couldn’t fine the supper Always evicting someone
Advice to owner:
Don’t have a business or property and don’t take care of it.Then what’s the point
