I loved this apartment!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Really quiet block close to the park. Great location for trains. Well managed.
Cons:
I had mold in my apartment, but it was fixed. Low sunlight in lower floors facing alley.

Slumlords that do next to nothing!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good neighbors in a good location.
Cons:
Building is poorly managed. Rats, mice and roaches can be found in or around the building. Exterminator does nothing! Does just enough to say they're doing something. Unresponsive to issues unless you get 311 involved.
Advice to owner:
Fix your damn building and respond to peoples complaints .
