Pros:
Good location (across from park and the Q at Parkside Ave) Reasonable rent Good super and responsive management
Cons:
Pretty noisy Restaurant smell from McDonald's downstairs Used to be issues with pests and garbage maintenance but has greatly improved in the past year.
