Great location, ok management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent stabilized! Easy trash and recycling management. Thick walls- I never hear my neighbors unless they’re vacuuming or having a party. Back units are especially quiet.
Cons:
I do seem to get pests in my unit, but that’s probably just the downside of living on the ground floor. I wish we could pay rent online. Super can be slow to respond about nonurgent work (I had a leaky faucet and it took a few calls). I get terrible light in my unit
