It was fine.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is very diligent about pest maintenance. Building neighbors were quiet.
Cons:
If you're on a higher floor, the radiator is HOT and very difficult to control.
Bathroom toilet was situated super weird. Couldn't sit properly on it.
Advice to owner:
Can't complain.

Former Tenant
Pros:
Responsive and reasonable owners, frequent pest control, decent neighbors, liked the area, rent stabilized
Cons:
Not super clean in terms of common spaces, could get loud, random cars parked on lot all the time, not updated
