One year rental
Former Tenant
Pros:
New appliances in the apartment, washer/dryer downstairs, basement storage, close to Prospect Park and around a lot of bars and restaurants. Also close to many buses and train lines. Management is good to reach out to when you can’t get the super.
Cons:
The basement wasn’t finished as advertised, there is a roach problem in the basement, there’s only one washer/dryer and management never cleans it out.
Advice to owner:
Finish the basement, get some good pest control down there and clean the washer/dryer.
