New management is very unresponsive.

Pros:
Clean and secure building with a multitude of nice amenities that have an updated feel.
Cons:
Management is very unresponsive. Our issues haven’t been emergency level, but even a broken buzzer or leaking AC will take weeks and weeks for them to contact us back.
