Not worth it
Former Tenant
Pros:
Near two subway stations and Prospect Park. Apartments are sunny and have nice finishes. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner.
Cons:
Deceptive billing practices. Uses a third party for electricity that almost triple what you would pay from ConEd. Wouldn’t rent for this factor alone. Although finished in apartment look nice, they are poor quality as there are visible strips, stains and scratches on everything. They make it clean when you’re touring but when you move in, bring all the cleaner because you’re going to constantly be scrubbing and patching things to keep it not looking dingy.

Well managed building
Former Tenant
Pros:
New appliances, fairly responsive maintenance (haven’t had to do much). Would recommend
Cons:
Noise can come in through the window closer to the street but it doesn’t bother me (my unit was a corner unit away from the street)
