Could be better, could be worse

Pros:
Specious apartments, heat is impeccable
Cons:
Recently so many mice inside the apartments!
Advice to owner:
Take care of the mice problem!

The old super kept the building clean. Sweeping and mopping every Sunday.
Cons:
New Supers haven’t been as clean.
