Roach Infested. Avoid

Pros:
-large apartment
-washer/dryer
-dishwasher
-almost all neighbors are nice, 1st floor inhabitants are not the best
Cons:
-roach infestation and waterbugs
-old man lives downstairs possible hoarder - lives in filth and is weird towards women
-super does not answer texts, app provided does not work to get service requests
-only way to get things fixed is to badger upper management and that doesn't always work
-front door often unlocked
-keys removed from mailboxes at one point
-lived here almost a year and the buzzer/intercom has not been fixed even though we ask all the time
Advice to owner:
warn your tenants and be open about conditions.

Pros:
No pros. Absolutely horrible building and management. Nothing good to say about it.
Cons:
Everything about this building and it’s management is abhorrant. If the complete lack of responsiveness from management doesn’t put you off, the roach infestation, broken plumbing and frequently unlocked front door might. I wouldn’t wish living in this building upon my worst enemy.
Advice to owner:
Get new management.

Pros:
Neighbors are nice.
Cons:
Roach infested building with leaks in the wall and kids smoke weed in the lobby but at least it’s way too loud and management doesn’t care at all.
Advice to owner:
They don’t want advice. They are shameless.
