Nice spot but not as clean as it used to be
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great area right by the park. Mix of established and new tenants, new package cage
Cons:
Hard to find parking and packages used to get stolen a lot. Cleanliness of building is down a little. Have had issues with bugs on and off

Unsafe for women
Former Tenant
Pros:
If you’re a male you are safe, not so much for women
Cons:
Lack of safety for women. Several women have complained about the tenant in question, landlord disregards all complaints Several women have file complaints with the police and the landlord for; harassment, stalking and menacing behavior nothing was done After harassing one woman for several months, he tried to set her apartment on fire( she left the building the week after the incident. Another female tenant was assaulted in front of the building( he chased her around the block and broke her nose and split her lips) He has been arrested several time for attempted assault and assault and the landlord continued to ignore the problem. The landlord always had an excuse about how his hands was tied and how he can’t request for the tenant to vacate the appointment through the courts. Even after several complaint about the tenant in question wich included order of protection, audio of his behavior. The landlord took no step to mitigate the situation Several female tenants have left the building because of safety concerns
Advice to owner:
If you are a women this building is unsafe and at this point its a matter of life and death.
