Great super, mediocre management company
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super and his family are friendly, helpful, and genuine people.
The building is kept tidy and clean.
Family friendly building.
Across the street from the sports complex south of Prospect Park and the Kensington Dog Run; and of course, Prospect Park itself.
Under 5 minute walk to B/Q.
Exterminator offers free pest management spray every month or so.
Cons:
Management cannot be reached over phone, slow to respond to emails.
