Slumlord, really terrible landlord

Pros:
The building itself is a cute arts and crafts era brownstone
Cons:
The landlord is a true slumlord. Everyone in the building has had problems with her. We moved out. She is non responsive, there’s flooding and she doesn’t address it, electric issues, heat. Then on top of it she is demanding and will threaten to enter apartments at any point, which is breaking an entering. She only cares about money, has you pay the broker fee, and then refuses to give back the security deposit, claiming pre existing damages. When she has people come they seem to be her friends and are not licensed electricians and don’t fix the problem. She also will give you a time which they will come and they never show up. Impossible to work with.
Advice to owner:
Please remember that the building you manage is people’s home.
