Renter beware this slumloard
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location near public transport and Prospect Park, friendly neighbors and area.
Cons:
So many housing violations with zero responsiveness from management. Door buzzer for entire building has been broken since 2017.
Advice to owner:
Fix what you know is broken!

Great if you don’t like heat or getting repairs made
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors are nice
Cons:
Poor heat in winter, no pest control, very difficult to get any repairs done, building manager is unbelievably cheap (will not buy lids for garbage cans for example).
