Dirty and loud

Pros:
Always have heat. Good people living here.
Cons:
The building doesn’t get cleaned. Trash on the floors, not mopped regularly.
Back door to the garbage is left open and lots of rats.
The lobby smells and there are flys inside during summer months.
Advice to owner:
Get someone to mop and take care of rats

Shady Landlord, Something is always broken, messy laundry unit, front door is always broken, security camera is always busted.
Advice to owner:
Be responsible for the building and stop cutting corners.
