Descent But Can Be Better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large apartments, plenty of heat. Great location. Security Cameras.
Cons:
Repairs are sometimes patchwork and are not properly done. Painting the apartments are sloppy. The walls have layers upon layers of paint . Not enough washers and dryers for a building this size. Front door are always tampered with.
Advice to owner:
The walls need to be stripped before a new coat if paint is added. The building is very old so completing repairs the correct way the first time around will save time and money. Have some consideration for your tenants

Not worth the headache!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, location, location
Cons:
Old electrical wiring ( cloth rapped wires ) , mice, roaches , ants, bed bugs in the hollow walls. No insulation in the walls walls feel like ice in the winter Superintendent under paid and does very shabby repair work. Garbage compactor is broken and landlord refuses to get it fixed. “It cost to much!” Is her exact words Building security is horrible . All Doors to the building are always open as well as the basement door! Drugs smoke fills the hallways every day and night.
Advice to owner:
Start thinking of the well being of your tenants. Stop being a slum lord!
