They provide good heat but mostly during the day.
Cons:
Most of these apartments are filled with rodents, roaches and bed bugs. No matter how clean you keep the apartments you will find rodents and roaches. Rodents are also seen in the basement where the garbage is located. The owner of the building does nothing about it.There’s plenty up broken walls/ paints/ lead in the apartment and no one does anything about it. The supper picks and choose who to assist
