Good building; needs much better maintenance
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartments are large
Cons:
They don’t address real maintenance problems - they just patch over the issue and then the problem comes back - moisture damage, wall and ceiling cracks, leaks, mold, etc.
Advice to owner:
Take maintenance issues seriously and stop cutting corners - fixing the issues will be save money in the long run
