Solid and with a few creaks!
Former Tenant
Pros:
This apartment building for me, was pretty solid. The apartment is right near the Q and B trains; allows easy access between floors with its elevators; and the heating is also decent especially in the winter time.
Cons:
There were so many cockroaches in the summer in my unit. While management sent an exterminator around every two weeks or so, this did not help as much as I thought it would.
Advice to owner:
Continue to stay responsive to your tenants.

Avoid at all costs
Former Tenant
Pros:
The people in the building itself are nice. Elevator usually works. The heat was usually blasting, although hot water was often 15 min to warm up. The office workers for building mgmt are generally nice & responsive to calls. You can pay rent via zelle which is nice, no more envelopes being lost by the postal service.
Cons:
The assholes who live behind the building wrecked living here, along with terrible maintenance (i was here many years). extremely loud.
The building is FULL of mice, roaches. I mean, you hear them scratching in the walls and smell dead ones often. Roaches will just pour out especially when it rains. The water leaks never stopped. Mold growing in holes in the ceiling, that were never fixed. Busted pipes patched up fine but the tile work left a disaster. the 4th floor ceilings leaked constantly, water would drip down to the 3rd floor. and when I say mold, A LOT OF MOLD. The owner was quick to respond to big leaks but small repairs were done so poorly, several windows wouldn’t open anymore as example. Paint chunks peeling off. That kind of thing. Nothing EVER updated after years. They will also keep your security deposit, they claim your security deposit isn’t actually a deposit, it’s so weird.
