beautiful building in great location that could use some work
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very large apartments with tons of light and storage space. Great location, near Prospect Park, subway stations and lots of grocery stores, bars and resturaunts
Cons:
Not very clean, management is unresponsive, could use some renovations, packages get stolen a lot

Former Tenant
Pros:
- Spacious apartment - Lots of storage - Big kitchen - Monthly pest control - Laundry room - 4 min walk to the B/Q line - Close to restaurants/stores on Flatbush Ave - Close to Prospect Park
Cons:
- Roaches - Inconsistent shower water temperature; the water will switch up temperatures mid shower, hard to get it where you want it - Toilet can overflow - No hot water sometimes, have to call Super - Weak electricity during the summer, power will go out if just two A/C’s are running at the same time. Turn on the TV? Even worse. - Stolen packages are common - Old floor boards, wood is split in some areas and sealed with only tape
