Great Neighbors
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment is huge and a great location .
There is an exterminator scheduled to come once a month.
Neighbors are great.
Super js great but not in sight.
Cons:
Trash on the whole block is bad and there are a lot of rats.
Walls are thin.
It takes a lot to come get old appliances replaced when broken.
There are occasional shut off letters for the building’s electricity.
Super is not on site.
Advice to owner:
Make it easier for major issues that are beyond the super to be resolved .

Worth it if your unit is renovated
Former Tenant
Pros:
My unit was nice, gut renovated, in unit washer & dryer, dishwasher, etc.
Cons:
pest control issues, poorly maintained hallways, loud neighbors
Advice to owner:
please renovate the hallways. better lighting, less slippery stairs, and a new coat of paint would work wonders. also please be more responsive regarding pests
