Don’t go inside
Former Tenant
Pros:
Could be promising if taken care of
Cons:
The minute you walk in the building it smells and the main door was broken.
Advice to owner:
Clean the apartment, it needs to be scrubbed and maintained, needs to be shown love.

Pros:
It’s a very basic building.
Cons:
It’s a very basic building that wasn’t super clean, and the management was often difficult to get a hold of for repairs.
