    Decent building w/lazy management and slow super

    Pros:
    This building has nice sized apartments, close to Prospect Park, elevator works most of the time, laundry in building. Rent stabilized is really nice.
    Cons:
    The roaches are huge, the management company and super were slow to respond to repairs. I literally had mold in my bathroom and mushrooms growing from the ceiling (no lie). This issue went on for months before they properly fixed it. The super was kind but very slow to fix things. The floors are uneven which is weird.
    Advice to owner:
    Be more responsive and hire competent people to support tenants!

    The clean hallways. The large apartments. The nice neighbors
    Cons:
    Lots of water leak issues. And constant bugs and mice

    Try to get regular extermination

    Noisy, hot in the summer and cold in the winter
