Built before the Cold War but still standing
Former Tenant
Pros:
The units are massive oversized, each unit could easily be split into 2 apartments. Street noise is very low, many large windows but with views to other walls. hot/cold water and pressure are rarely a problem.
Cons:
Get ready to deal with awful neighbors that will come knocking to your door asking for cigarettes or money. Loud neighbors in the Hallway, gatherings in the reception. A superintendent that is rude and doesn’t complete repairs.
