Rodents & Roaches Galore
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s great having laundry in the building (when it’s not flooded) and an elevator (when it’s not trapping people inside). The units are really spacious and it’s rent controlled.
Cons:
Infested with mice, mold, and roaches throughout the building. It takes constant badgering to get a response from management. When I forest moved in, rotted food from 2019 was still in the fridge, work tools were everywhere, and a million other violations. I’ve had to threaten legal action to get anything done.
Advice to owner:
Give a damn about the families who live here. We aren’t rodents. We are people who deserve safety and cleanliness as we work constantly to pay your rent. This is what you signed up for, so fix it.
