Nice but only for a shortwhile

Pros:
Convenient location, rent stabilized, friendly neighbors
Cons:
Don't expect to sleep at night in the winter. Serious water/steam hammering issue that makes the whole floor shake when the heat comes on and drive you nuts with all the loud banging.
Advice to owner:
Fix the building heat system
