Close to the park, but the floors are paper thin

Pros:
Water pressure is ok, the Super is amazing, the garbage is very well controlled, street parking is usually available, and it's close to groceries and the park
Cons:
You can hear people take a shit through the walls. So so so fucking loud. The radiators all clang and leak. Landlord is totally unresponsive. Front door always broken, packages stolen all the time. Renovated units are beautiful while older units are in shambles.
Advice to owner:
Answer the phone. Take reports seriously. Check your books before coming after people. Don't use spare keys to break into people's places to take pictures before move-out. Fix the damn boiler. Answer maintenance requests. Get some humility. Pay the super better.

Our unit was renovated before we moved in, exterminator visits once a month, great super.
